“When we tug at a single thing in nature, we find it attached to the rest of the world.” – John Muir
I’m a person in long-term recovery from addiction, and for the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families through some of life’s hardest chapters. Whether it’s getting someone safely to treatment, helping a family break through emotional gridlock, or supporting a client as they rebuild their life, my goal is simple: meet people where they are—and move forward together.
Before this work, I spent years in hospitality and event planning. That chapter—long before recovery—taught me how to connect with all kinds of people and show up calm, composed, and ready for anything. Today, I use those same skills in a very different context: guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most chaotic and emotional moments with care, love, and discretion.
My practice focuses on personalized, one-on-one supportive travel for people transitioning to or from treatment—or navigating high-stakes events like funerals, weddings, or business trips during especially challenging times. I also support families from their side of the experience, helping them stay connected and informed throughout the process. I’ve traveled nationally and internationally with clients, always with the goal of creating safety, building trust, and empowering them along the way. There’s nothing like the moment someone realizes they can do it—with confidence and dignity.
But what really fascinates me is what comes after. That’s where the real work begins: turning insight into action, building sustainable routines, and helping families stay anchored in the long-term process. I now work with clients and families across the country in an ongoing coaching and case management role, primarily on the East Coast.
I live in Washington, D.C. with my fiancée. We spend our free time traveling, finding great restaurants, and catching live music or a good film. I also love cycling and staying close with my family. In my own recovery, I’m constantly experimenting—integrating mindfulness, holistic practices, and nontraditional approaches that speak to me. I believe there are as many ways to recover as there are people—and part of my work is helping others find the path that fits.
