Layne LoMaglio

I have been working in the addiction and mental health industry for over 15 years and performing interventions for the last 3 years. After working in residential programs, I wanted to work more closely with families on the recovery journey and went into private practice interventions as a Nationally Certified Intervention Professional and recovery coaching as a Nationally Certified Recovery Coach.

My addiction and recovery journey began early in my life with using and drinking at 14 years old. After a series of unfortunate events, I got sober at 18 years old and found my tribe and dug deep into 12 step work. After 5 and a half years, I had a relapse and after another series of unfortunate events, found myself getting sober in prison. There, I had to reassess what recovery meant and looked like for me.

Today, my recovery looks vastly different from before: it encompasses all of me, not just the addiction piece. I work deeply in 12 steps, trauma, family dynamics, spirituality and physical fitness. When I’m not working you’ll find me spending time with my beautiful wife, two beautiful children and our gorgeous dog. We love to be outside, go camping, playing, off roading, working out, write and play music on one of the many instruments laying around, gardening, riding bikes, or just jumping on the trampoline.

I have built my career on helping people struggling with addiction and mental health and their families. All of my life experience and education has placed me in a unique position to help families find their own pathway to recovery. I would be honored to be invited to help yours.
